The city of Portland, Oregon, is searching for a man who apparently has a thing for pooping in public places around the city, and it's getting out of control.

And this isn't any random pooper. It's premeditated, because he CLEARLY has a roll of toilet paper with him everywhere he decides to squat.
He's visited the same office building multiple times in the past month, and not to do that kind of business. Once the owner saw it happening one too many times, he set up a camera and got a crappy surprise.
In an unexpected turn of events, the man turned around and noticed the camera mid-BM. Too bad his face was revealed, and posters of the "Portland Pooper" were made from it.
The team at KOIN 6 took the flyer around to see if anyone knew him, and people immediately recognized him for his...messy...behavior.
He could be facing public obscenity and offensive littering charges.
