The President is The Union’s lead officer who has a chief role in representing students at MMU and they line-manage the other Officers.  
They have a huge say on the direction we take on key issues and campaigns aimed at improving the overall student experience.  
The President champions the work of The Union, leads our public image and is a governor at the University to influence key decisions for students.

President

The Vice President coordinates our work in enhancing the student experience at MMU Cheshire and leads on issues affecting them.  
The Vice President represents students’ concerns across all areas – in education, community and welfare and is a governor of the University giving them the opportunity to influence high-level decisions.  
They also deputise for the President when required and have some line-management responsibilities.

VICE PRESIDENT CHESHIRE

The Education Officer leads on everything related to the quality of teaching, learning and research at MMU, as well as talking to students about how well MMU are meeting their expectations in this area.  
They lead the Course Rep system, inform us about what students want in their education and campaign on important educational issues.

EDUCATION OFFICER

The Community Officer leads efforts to make sure students are more active within their communities.  
They are the face of MMU students for the local community, local councils and national government. They work closely with other organisations to enable students to be more involved in their communities.

The Activities Cheshire Officer coordinates our work around the development and organisation of activities at MMU Cheshire.
