Here Is President Obama's Favorite Book Of The Year

Another book to add to your reading list!

2015 has been a tremendous year for fiction.

And President Obama recently told People Magazine that his favorite book from this year was Fates and Furies by Lauren Groff.

The novel, published in September, tells the in-depth story of one couple's 24-year marriage from both partners' perspectives.

The author reacted pretty appropriately on Twitter:

“Never, even in my most grandiose dreams, did I think the president would read my book, let alone like it," Groff told BuzzFeed. "I wish he could run for a third term.”

When the First Lady was also asked about her favorite book from 2015, she said it was Elizabeth Alexander's memoir, The Light of the World.

What a year for reading!

Fates and Furies: A Novel and The Light of the World: A Memoir are on sale now.
