Here Are The Victims Of The Paris Attacks

California State University, Long Beach, confirmed to BuzzFeed News that 23-year-old student Nohemi Gonzalez was a victim in the attacks.

According to a university statement, Gonzalez, a senior and industrial design major, had been spending a semester abroad at Strate College of Design in Paris.

At a press conference Saturday, one of Gonzalez's professors described her as lively, joyous, and always there to support her classmates and the department.

University representatives said that Gonzalez was killed while out to dinner with her friends.

On Oct. 7, Gonzalez posted to her Facebook page that she and three other students had won second place in the Biochemistry Global Design Challenge. The team’s submission was a biodegradable snack container called Polli Snak.

University President Jane Close Conoley said she was “deeply saddened" by Gonzalez's death. "Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this sad time," she said.

Conoley said that 16 other CSULB students were studying abroad in France this semester, and that the university would “extend all necessary support to comfort them.”

Gonzalez was originally from El Monte, California, and was the only known American killed in Paris.

On Sunday, hundreds gathered at Cal State Long Beach Sunday to remember Gonzalez.

Michelle Gil Jaimes, Mexico

Michelle Gil Jaimes has been identified as a victim of the attacks by governor of Veracruz state Javier Duarte.

According to Mexican news outlet El Universal, she had once won a beauty contest in the municipality of Tuxpan and is the daughter of Pedro Gil, a local entrepreneur in the region.

Decherf was a journalist for French music and culture magazine Les Inrocks. Staff members of the publication noted that he joined the publication in 2008 and wrote primarily about rock and metal music.

Most recently, Decherf had written about Eagles of Death Metal’s latest album, Zipper Down. The American rock band were playing a concert Friday night when gunmen attacked the venue.

According to his LinkedIn page, Decherf has also written for Metro, Rolling Stone, and Liberation.

Les Inrocks reported that Decherf had two daughters.

Staff members at Les Inrocks wrote, “The newspaper is shocked by his death. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones.”

Ribet graduated from the London School of Economics in 2014 with a degree in international business law.

“Our hearts are filled with sadness at this news,” the school said in a statement.

He joined the firm Hogan and Lovells, where he was an associate in criminal law and white collar crime.

The firm confirmed that on Friday he was killed in the attack at the Bataclan concert hall.

“He was a talented lawyer, extremely well liked, and a wonderful personality in the office,” the firm said.

Alexander worked on merchandise for various bands, including the Eagles of Death Metal.

He was at their concert at the Bataclan on Friday with a friend, Helen Wilson.

Wilson told The Telegraph that he was shot in front of her. She was shot in the legs and was recovering at a hospital.

His family confirmed his death to The Guardian, and music industry friends around the world shared messages of grief.

"Nick was not just our brother, son and uncle, he was everyone’s best friend — generous, funny and fiercely loyal," his family said in a statement. "Nick died doing the job he loved and we take great comfort in knowing how much he was cherished by his friends around the world."

Singer Yusuf Islam, known also as Cat Stevens, said Sunday that Alexander had worked in 2014 as a merchandiser on his tour:

Djamila Houd, 41, France

Houd was at an outdoor café when she was killed, L’Echo Republicain reported. She was originally from the northern town of Dreux, and she is survived by a large family, including her mother and sisters.

Asta Diakite, France

Diakite’s cousin, French soccer player Lassana Diarra, announced her death on Twitter.

Diarra said she was like a sister to him and had always supported him.

He called for unity against a “horror that knows no color or religion.”

Thomas Ayad, 32, France

Ayad was a product manager for Mercury Music, a French label within Universal Music Group.

He was also a member of an amateur field hockey club.

The Amiens Sports Club announced it would gather to pay tribute to him.

Mohamad Amine Ibnolmobarak, 29, Paris

Amine was a Moroccan architect who studied and worked in Paris. The Associated Press reported that he and his wife, Maya Nemeta, were eating at Le Carillon restaurant in Paris when they were both attacked.

The 29-year-old graduated from the Union Nationale des Etudiants en Architecture et Paysage. He co-founded an organization focused on cities called New South. The group recently showed work, some belonging to Amine, at an art gallery in Paris, according to the school's Facebook page.

One of Mohamed's cousins, Akram Benmbarek, wrote on Facebook that Mohamed had recently gotten married, and that his wife was in critical condition after the attacks.

Lola Salines, France

A family member confirmed that Salines had died after seeking her whereabouts on Twitter.

She played Roller Derby, and fellow skaters from around the world offered condolences.

Her team, La Boucherie de Paris, said they were devastated.

Salines was killed at the Bataclan, where another teammate, Julie Gallerne, was injured.

Fabrice Dubois, France

Advertising agency Publicis Conseil announced that Dubois had died overnight.

He is survived by his wife and children, and his advertising co-workers join them in grief, the agency said.

"Fabrice we will miss you," the agency said. "We already miss you."

François-Xavier Prévost, 29, France

Prévost died in the attack at the Bataclan, where he was attending the concert with friends, La Voix du Nord reported.

He lived in Paris and worked as advertising head for LocalMedia, an online advertising company.

He was originally from Lambersart.

Elodie’s brother Alexis told TIME that his sister studied design at the Ecole de Conde in Paris.

He said she had marched with her mother in the aftermath of the Charlie Hebdo attacks in January to show their support for the victims.

Alexis said that Elodie had gone to the Eagles of Death Metal concert with several of her friends Friday night.

Elsa Delplace, Chile

Delplace attended the concert at the Bataclan with her mother. The two women are both citizens of Chile, but Delplace was living in Paris.

She was the co-founder of Pro'Creative and worked as a professor in economics at Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense. The university paid tribute to her during a moment of silence on Monday.

A friend said she had a 6-year-old son.

Patricia San Martin, 55, Chile

San Martin attended the concert at the Bataclan with her daughter, Elsa Delplace, AFP reported.

Luis Felipe Zschoche Valle, 35, Chile

Zschoche Valle was a musician and had been living in Paris for eight years, La Tercera reported. He was at the Bataclan with his wife, who is French, the newspaper reported.

He was a guitarist and member of the band Captain Americano.

Juan Alberto González Garrido, 29, Spain

González Garrido was at the Bataclan with his wife at the time of the attacks, El Diario reported. He was an electrical engineer and had been working in Paris.

Cedric Mauduit, France

Mauduit was director of modernization within the local government of Calvados. He had attended the concert at the Bataclan with friends when he was killed, the department said.

Mauduit would be remembered as a skilled government employee as well for his other qualities, the department said. A memorial was planned at Caen.

A graduate of Sciences Po Rennes, where he worked in student government, before graduating in 1994. He was known, according to his alma mater, for his Ramones t-shirts.

Writing on Facebook, his brother Matthieu said Cedric left behind a wife and two children. Matthieu is launching an online campaign to bring rockers the Rolling Stones and David Bowie to funeral as a tribute to the rock and roll fan.

Mathieu Hoche, France

Hoche attended the concert at the Bataclan when he was killed. He was a cameraman with news channel France24, Le Figaro reported.

He leaves behind a 6-year-old child, a coworker said.

Manuel Dias, 63, Portugal

Dias worked as a tour bus driver and was near the national stadium on Friday night, Expresso reported. He had worked for the company for 20 years, and he leaves behind a wife and two children, L'Union reported.

Quentin Boulenger, 29, France

Boulanger was originally from Reims, but had been living in Paris for recent years, L'Union reported. He was at the Bataclan when he was killed.

Halima Saadi, 35, and Hodda Saadi, 34, Tunisia

Halima and Hodda, sisters from Tunisia and living in France, were at a restaurant celebrating Houda's birthday when the attacks began, their brothers told BFMTV.

Halima, 35, died at the scene, and Hodda, 34, later died of a bullet wound to the head in a hospital. Their brother, Khaled, was also with them, and he survived the attack, Radio SAWT reported. The sisters had been living in France, but their parents remain in their hometown in Tunisia.

“We’re ordinary citizens who love our family," their brother, Abdallah, said. "My parents are in absolute distress. We were eight brothers and sisters, now we’re down to six."

Aurélie de Peretti, 33, France

De Peretti grew up in Saint Tropez, but was in Paris for the weekend with friends when she was killed at the Bataclan.

Her sister, Delphine, told Time that de Peretti loved music and had been looking forward to seeing live performances in Paris.

Her father, Jean-Marie, told Agence France-Presse she had been in Paris as a "little reward" after a tough summer spent working in restaurants.

"She'd been talking to us about this concert and this trip for months and months. Now we will never see her again," he said.

Marie Lausch, France

Lausch had recently moved to Paris with her boyfriend, Mathias Dymarski, Le Répubican Lorrain reported. The couple attended the show at the Bataclan.

According to her Facebook page, she worked in international public relations at Coty, a beauty products manufacturer.

Mathias Dymarski, France

Dymarski rode BMX bikes, and photos on his Facebook page showed him riding in skate parks around Europe. He attended the show at the Bataclan with his girlfriend, Marie Lausch.

Milko Jozic and Elif Dogan, Belgium

The couple had moved to Paris from Belgium four months earlier, DH.be reported. They lived on the same street as the Bataclan.

Kheireddine Sahbi, 29, Algeria

Sahbi was a violinist and had been living in Paris to study music, Chouf Chouf reported. The Algerian Press Service earlier reported that a 29-year-old Algerian man had been killed in the attacks.

Maxime Bouffard, 26, France

Bouffard was a film director and had grown up in Dordogne, France Bleu reported. He had lived in Paris for several years and on Friday attended the concert at the Bataclan.

He is survived by his sister and his parents, France Bleu said, and friends remembered him for his lively personality, as well as his talent in film.

Ionut Ciprian Calciu and Mariana Lacramioara Pop, Romania

The couple, both from Romania, met in France, evz.ro reported. They were at a terrace cafe on Friday, when a drive-by shooter killed them, friends in Romania posted on social media. He was 32, and she was 29.

They had a young son together, evz.ro reported, and she also had a daughter.

Nicolas Classeau, France

Classeau was director of the Institut Universitaire de Technologie in Marne-la-Vallée, according to colleagues and former students. He was at the Bataclan on Friday night.

Germain Ferey, 36, France

Ferey was at the Bataclan with his girlfriend when he was killed, Normandie Actu reported.

The native of Normandy had moved to Paris, where he worked in audiovisual illustration.

His family planned a memorial gathering on Monday.

Manu Perez, France

Perez worked in marketing and the music industry, including years at Universal Music Group. He attended the concert at the Bataclan with his girlfriend. Before the show, he posted a photo of the tickets along with a thank you. Thomas Ayad, his former co-worker, was also killed on Friday.

Précilia Correia, France

A family member confirmed that Correia died at the Bataclan with her boyfriend, Manu Perez.

Quentin Mourier, 29, France

Mourier was an architect at Atelier Grand Paris and was known within the urban farming community in France, and Project Vergers Urbains announced his death. He had been at the concert at the Bataclan.

One fellow urban farmer suggested planting a fruit tree in his honor, while one of his colleagues posted a tribute to him on Twitter.

Pierro co-owned an Italian restaurant called Chez Livio with his brother Charles, according to Le Parisien. The brothers’ grandfather first opened the restaurant in 1964, and it has received such celebrities as Bridgite Bardot, Nicolas Sarkozy, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

He had attended the Eagles of Death Metal concert at the Bataclan Friday night and uploaded a photo outside the venue to his Facebook page.

Albertini was the manager at Pierro's restaurant, Chez Livio. He was with Pierro at the Bataclan on Friday night. His death was confirmed by Le Parisien. Several friends and patrons of the restaurant paid tribute to both on social media.

Fanny Minot was an editor at Canal + Supplement and was at the Bataclan.

Hugo Clement of Le Petit Journal announced her death on Twitter saying Minot was a fan of rock music.

Anne and Pierre were at the Bataclan the night of the attacks, according to one of Anne’s Facebook friends named Marc Van-damme.

According to Van Damme, Anne was friendly and immensely kind.

Valeria Solesin, 28, Venice

Valeria was at the Eagles of Death Metal concert at the Bataclan with her boyfriend. An Italian consul official confirmed her identity to the Associated Press Saturday.

Valeria's mother Luciana Milani told the AP that her daughter was a "wonderful person."

The 28-year-old was a doctoral student at the Sorbonne and had been living in France for six years.

Dunay's friends are mourning "the loss of a kind, dear soul, a musician, teacher and friend," with tributes on Facebook and Twitter.

"Sleep well brother, rest well, and may your passing serve as a rally call to all to strive towards peace," Riyad Sanford wrote on Facebook.

Didier lived in Paris and was from Sancerre, according to his Facebook page.

The Crocodiles Rugby — an amateur sports team — posted the following tribute on their Facebook page, saying "Romain Didier, it is hard to wake up today and to emerge from this sheet of fog. It is hard to say that we will never again see your smile or hear your laugh. Your joy for living was without equal."

Camax was a mother of two and lived in Paris, according to Liberation. A friend described her to Liberation as "someone radiant, overflowing joy of life."

Christophe was one of the composers for the film Yung Forever, which was directed by Jean-Sébastien Lòpez.

In a touching tribute on Facebook, Lòpez recounted a time he spoke to Christophe on the phone, describing to him the music he wanted to accompany his film.

The two had never met in person, but Lopez described him as having a “magic string” that allowed his music to touch people so deeply.

Alban Denuit, 32, France

Alban Denuit was a contemporary artist who earned his doctoral degree from the National School of Fine Arts in Paris, the Washington Post reported. His thesis sculpture was shown earlier this year at a gallery in Bordeaux.

Denuit was at the Eagles of Death Metal concert on Friday with his girlfriend, according to Liberation.

He reportedly taught visual arts at the University of Bordeaux-Montaigne.

Duperron lived in Paris and was originally from Alencon, according to his Facebook page. He was at the Bataclan Friday night with a friend.

Duperron often posted photos from live concerts on his profile page.

Giroud was at the Bataclan Friday night, according to Liberation.

The newspaper Dauphiné Libéré reported that Giroud was the father of a 3-year-old and that his wife is pregnant.

Giroud was a lecturer in geography at the University of Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée.

Justine Moulin, 23, France

Justine was having dinner with her friends at a restaurant called Le Petit Cambodge (Little Cambodia) Friday night when a gunman opened fire in the area, according to La Voix du Nord.

Justine’s uncle Francois told La Voix du Nord that she had been planning to visit her family in Nieppe on Saturday.

Marie Mosser was a digital marketing specialist for Universal Music Group, according to her LinkedIn page.

Grégory Fosse, 28, France

Grégory was from the small town of Gambais in the Ile-de-France region. According to Toutes Les Nouvelles, Gregory was a music programmer for TV station D17.

Gambais Mayor Regis Bizeau announced to the public that the town would hold a vigil to honor Grégory's life.

Prénat, a 24-year-old graphic designer from Lyon, was killed during the attack at the Bataclan, 20 Minutes, a daily French paper, reported. Prénat's friend, who had tweeted about her missing after the attack, reported her death on Twitter, saying, "Unfortunately Caroline did not survive the attacks."

On Facebook, a friend wrote a moving tribute to Prénat, saying, "I'd like one last time to hold you in my arms."

A family member responded to the post from Prénat's Facebook page: "Jo and all the others, just know that Caroline, when she was looking at Emilie, had a smile on her her face, and that she didn’t have time to hear them, nor to see them, nor to be afraid. She was happy."

Hugo Sarrade's father, Stéphane Sarrade's father, confirmed his death on Twitter, saying, "My son Hugo was assassinated at the Bataclan. The cowards who kill our children, our humanity won’t win."

Hugo Sarrade was spending the weekend with his father in Paris and attended the Eagles of Death Metal concert at the Bataclan, where he was killed, Midi Libre reported. He was passionate about rock music and computers, his father told Midi Libre.

Lucie Dietrich was a Paris-based graphic designer who was shot by a terrorist in a car while she was walking down Rue de la Fontaine au Roi with her boyfriend, The New York Times reported.

Her brother, Emmanuel Dietrich, confirmed her death on Instagram, where he posted a photo of his litter sister as a child in their mother's arms. The post reads:

"I just learned that my sister Lucie died yesterday in Paris, shot down Rue de la Fontaine au Roi. She was living in the next street. On this old family picture, she is the little one in the arms of my mother. My thoughts go to my poor parents. What a tragedy. I cannot accept it, I cannot believe it. This is not life. Such a brutal way to go. Rest in peace little sister."

Emmanuel Dietrich, a watchmaker in Switzerland, announced he would be introducing 13 pieces of a limited edition watch for family and close friends in memory of Lucie.

Muyal-Leiris, a makeup artist in Paris, was killed at the Bataclan, Liberation reported. She was married, and had one child. A relative from the Grand Petite Galerie confirmed her death on Twitter, saying, "My sister Hélène Muyal is dead."

Helene's husband, Antoine Leiris, posted a heartfelt Facebook status about his wife, which began with a message to the attackers: "You will not have my hatred."

He wrote that when he identified his wife's body after days of waiting, she was as beautiful as she was the Friday night she'd left, and as beautiful as when they'd met 12 years ago.

Boumbas, a 40-year-old FedEx employee, was born in the Congo and grew up in Lille, France, Liberation reported. He was killed while celebrating a friend's birthday at La Belle Equipe bar, one of the targets of the attack.

His friend tweeted, "Ludovic Boumbas, my friend in Lille died in the Paris shooting."

Feuillade, who grew up in Gilly-sur-Isère in Savoie, was killed at the rooftop bar of La Belle Equipe on Friday night, Liberation reported. He had moved to Paris to pursue his passion for acting, a friend told Liberation. He also ran a restaurant, Les cent kilos, in Paris.

The restaurant announced on Facebook that it would reopen on Wednesday and that the key words would be "good mood and joy of life." He was described as a "devoted friend" and a "perfect husband."

A condolence book for Feuillade was opened in the city hall of Gilly-sur-Isère.

Cedric Gomet worked for the TV5 Monde channel. On Monday, the channel's staff paid tribute to Gomet with one minute of silence.

Gomet's friends and co-workers also remembered the young man, who they affectionally called Ryan due to his resemblance to the actor Ryan Gosling.

In an Instagram post, Gomet's colleague wrote, "Goodbye Cedric, I will miss you in the control room and everywhere else."

Gomet was a fan of rock and was a guitarist an an electro-rock group, 20 Minutes reported. He was shot while attending the Eagles of Death Metal's concert at Bataclan and later died of his injuries in a hospital.

Koma, who was originally from Burkina Faso, worked as a server at Les Chics Types, a restaurant owned by the same people who run La Belle Equipe, where the attack took place, Liberation reported. Koma was celebrating the birthday of Halima Saadi, who also died in the attacks, along with others in their group.

Koma was a big fan of the Paris Saint-German Football Club, which tweeted its condolences to his family.

More than 300 people donated € 13,700 ($ 14,650) to help his family arrange for his funeral.

Le Dramp was celebrating his 33rd birthday at La Belle Equipe bar when he was killed in the attack. He was from Cherbourg and worked in Paris as a bartender, a friend told Liberation. He was known for his jokes, humor and kindness, the friend said.

In a Facebook post, a close friend of Le Dramp, wrote: "Guillaume was someone special, amazing, but mostly a kind man who wanted to share, give, help others...Thank you for giving me your time and your friendship."

Renaud Le Guen, from Algers, was a service adviser at Man Truck and Bus France, the company confirmed in a Facebook post, add that he had started as an apprentice nine years ago.

Le Guen, passionate about jazz and rock, was at the Eagles of Death Metal concert at the Bataclan when he was killed in the attack. He lived in Savigny-sur-Orge with his partner of 12 years, Floriane Van de Kamp, Liberation reported.

"We were 17 when we met," Floriane told Liberation. "We were getting married next year."

Navarret, who lived in Capbreton, was a carpenter and an avid surfer, Sud Ouest reported.

Navarret was visiting Paris for a few days and attended the concert at Bataclan with a few friends, where he was one of the first to be shot in the attack, Liberation reported. He studied to be a notary, like his father and uncle, in his native town of Tarbes, but developed a passion for woodwork and surfing.

Proisy, born in Valenciennes, was a graduate of the Economic Warfare School of Paris (Ecole de Guerre Economique) and lived with his mother in Noisy-le-Grand near Paris after his father's death. He also studied at the Sciences Po research university in Paris in 2003.

The university sent its condolences to his family on Twitter. Proisey had previously worked at the European Parliament in Brussels and in a law firm and had recently started his own company, his family told La Voix Du Nord.

Proisey was at a business dinner at a restaurant that was attacked. His relatives described him as a "workaholic" who was "charming and incredibly kind."

Friends remembered him as intelligent, generous, and happy.

Véronique Geoffroy de Bourgies, 54, France

A former journalist for Madame Figaro and Vogue Homme, Geoffroy de Bourgies was killed while out with friends at La Belle Equipe.

"Bright, warm. A beautiful soul," wrote Sophie Carquain, a former colleague, on Madame Figaro. "Veronique was thirsty for life. Good humor incarnated."

Geoffroy de Bourgies, who was also once a model, left journalism in recent years to run a humanitarian association she founded, as well as a lifestyle and wellness blog.

“She was always so positive, always in a good mood,” remembered another friend.

She leaves behind two children and her partner, Stéphane, who was in China when she was killed but who wrote on Facebook that her charity would continue in her memory.

David Perchirin, 45, France

Perchirin was killed at the Bataclan Concert Hall, his alma mater Sciences Po Rennes confirmed in a tribute on their website.

Perchirin graduated from the university in 1994 and was a journalist for several years before he retrained as an elementary school teacher.

He started working as a teacher in September 2014 in the Seine Saint Denis area of Paris.

He had attended the concert with university friend Cedric Mauduit, who was also killed in the attacks.

Victor Muñoz, 25, France/Spain

A student at the Paris School of Business, Victor Muñoz's death was confirmed by his college in a post on Facebook. "We share in the pain of his family and his loved ones," the PSB wrote.

Born in Barcelona, Muñoz had a passion for travel, according to the website LeJDD.fr, having also lived in Prague for a time.

His mother was reportedly the deputy mayor of Paris' 11th arrondissement, where her son was killed while at La Belle Equipe bar.

Anna and Marion Pétard Lieffrieg, 24 and 30, France

Sisters Anna and Marion were killed as they dined on the terrace of the Le Petit Cambodge restaurant.

Marion, 30, and Anna, 24, were from Chailles in the Loir-et-Cher area of central France, local media outlet La Nouvelle Republique reported.

The town’s mayor Yves Crosnier-Cohrtin confirmed their deaths and said the village will hold a vigil to the sisters on Tuesday, Nov. 17.

Marion was a musician and played the flute, while Anna worked as a graphic designer for Reporters Without Borders. The news organization said in a statement, "We share their parents' desolation. Anna will leave us with the eternal memory of a cheerful and brilliant young woman."

Speaking to La Nouvelle République, the sister’s grandfather Odet Pétard, 84, said the family had found out about their deaths on Friday evening and said they were all very shaken.

Thibault Rousse Lacordaire, 37, France

Born in Paris, Rousse Lacordaire was killed in the attack on the Bataclan theater, according to Le Figaro.

According to his LinkedIn page, he had worked as a financial controller for Colony Capital for almost 14 years.

"It's so unfair...Unreal," a friend wrote on Facebook of his death. "We pray for you, our thoughts to your family."

Pierre-Antonie Henry, France

Henry, an engineer and father of two young daughters, died during the attacks at the Bataclan concert hall, his cousin Amandine Panhard told Bloomberg.

Henry lived in the upscale Paris suburb of Versailles.

"They killed the nicest guy in the world,” Panhard told Bloomberg.

Rouat, from Finistère, had taken her first job as an English teacher at the Gay-Lussac college in Colombes in September. She was killed at the Bataclan on Friday night. "I loved her classes," 4th-grade student Mohamed told the Le Parisien. The school she attended in her native town of Concarneau observed a moment of silence in memory of Rouat.

Mary, a computer programmer and developer from Caen, died in the attack at Batacla, his family member confirmed on Twitter. He had recently left his job at Milky Web, a digital innovation company, to freelance, according to his website.

Milky Web remembered Mary's free spirit and good humor on Twitter, saying, "Today we mourn one of ours...Antoine we will not forget you."

Ariane Theiller, 23, France

Ariane was an intern at Urban Comics, a French publisher that translated DC Comics. She had recently been hired at Rustica Hebdo after graduating from college.

Armelle Pumir Anticevic, 46, France

Armelle was a print production manager at Logic Design Agency. In a statement on their website, the agency said that Armelle "embodied strength and happiness."

She was married to Joseph Anticevic, who was with his wife at the Bataclan the night of the attack. He told Libération that the couple had been out celebrating a recent contract he had just signed at work.

Arruebo was a customs inspector based in Paris, LaDepeche reported. She was shot while sitting at one of the cafes the terrorists targeted. She was a "cheerful girl who loved life," a family member told LaDepeche.

Émilie and Charlotte Meaud were 30-year-old identical twins who were shot and killed at Le Carillon bar. Émilie was an architect while Charlotte worked for a venture capital firm, Scientipole, which tweeted, "We will remember her love of life."

The mayor of the sisters' home town of Aixe sur Vienne in Limousin who knew the girls when they were young, told the Daily Mail, "It is a hard, hard thing for a mother to bury her child. To bury two is unthinkable."

A friend said on Twitter, "To my talented friend Émilie Meaud and her sister Charlotte struck down by Daesh: Your laughter against their bullets."

Boissnot was killed while she was having dinner with her boyfriend at Le Petit Cambodge. She worked at a nearby wine bar and bistro, Le Verre Volé. On its Facebook page, one of her "neighbors" paid tribute to Boissnot: "A shopkeeper who wanted to spend the evening in her work neighborhood. All the neighbors who were used to see her make us sandwiches are crying. Never again. I share the pain."

She was from Château-Larcher where more than 100 people held a moment of silence to remember her.
