Zootopia hit theaters this weekend and it's already being called the "most Easter egg-packed" Disney movie ever.
For real.
There are a ton of pop culture references.
As well as Easter eggs referencing other Disney movies...
It's the Genie's lamp!
But the Disney classic that Zootopia references most frequently is definitely Frozen.
Look closer... it's two little elephants dressed like Elsa and Anna!
Kristen Bell, who voiced Princess Anna, also voiced Priscilla the sloth in Zootopia.
Then there's the scene where Chief Bogo literally tells Judy to "let it go."
And a pastry shop owned by a Hans.
Could it be Prince Hans of the Southern Isles?
But most importantly, there's this guy: Duke Weaselton.
Duke sells bootleg movies (all of which seem to be Disney references) including those that are still in production like Mewana (Moana), Giraffic (Gigantic) and Floatzen 2 (Frozen 2).
Now, here’s where it get’s interesting. The movies are arranged in what appears to be chronological order, suggesting that the release of Frozen 2 will immediately follow Gigantic.
Historically, Walt Disney Animation Studios releases films either in March or November. Tangled was released in November, 2010, Wreck-It Ralph in November, 2012, Frozen in November 2013, Big Hero 6 in November, 2014, and now Zootopia in March of 2016.
