    1. Because stress, anxiety and depression make life so much more interesting.

    2. And you've never had any trouble with back pain, right?

    3. What would you even do with all that extra balance, flexibility, and stamina?

    4. It's probably best if you don't get any better at the exercise and sports you already do.

    5. You might have to be less anxious or happier.

    6. You might even have to stay alive longer.

    7. Your posture could improve.

    8. Keeping your lungs too healthy seems kind of unnecessary.

    9. The fact that yoga is better for your brain than other exercise makes it much less worthwhile.
