Former NBA Star Gilbert Arenas posted a video to Instagram last night describing the damage he did to his own car in 2014.

Arenas said his ex, Laura Govan — star of the VH1 reality show Basketball Wives — smashed a bunch of windows in their home and threw his laptop in the pool.
Though Arenas owns the car, it is apparently used primarily by Govan.
