3 Ways To Participate In Teen Read Week 2015

Blink YA is a division of HarperCollins that is home to many YA novels including The Doon Series by Carey Corp and Lorie Langdon, The Remnants Series by Lisa T. Bergen, and The Looney Experiment by Luke Reynolds. In addition to visiting over a dozen schools around the country via Skype, these authors and many others are also participating in public events anyone can participate in!

Join the two-night Twitter chat event on Tuesday, October 20 and Thursday, October 22 using #BlinkTRW between 8-9PM EST. Hosted by @BlinkYABooks this live Q&A will give anyone the chance to discuss books and get their burning questions answered.

On Saturday, October 24, select Blink authors will also be hosting a Google Hangout On Air! Here they will answer questions by the viewer, you! Ask your questions ahead of time using Facebook or Twitter and during the live feed at 12PM EST using #BlinkTRW.

The Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) encourages libraries and schools to "get away" and read! Put down the homework, family responsibilities, part-time jobs, and enjoy a book outside in the fall weather. Be sure to talk to your teacher or librarian to see if they have activities planned for Teen Read Week.
