    How To Make Sous Vide Fried Egg Yolks

    This probably isn't good for you, but it tastes really good, and that's all that really matters.

    All you'll need is however many eggs you want to make with some panko flakes, and your favorite seasonings (we recommend Old Bay Seasoning or truffle salt)

    Sous vide your eggs

    First, sous vide the egg at 64°C for 1 hour and crack it open to reveal a custardy yolk

    Gather the yolks

    Gently discard the sous vide egg whites

    Suit up your yolks

    Coat the yolk in panko flakes and seasoning

    Fry it up!
