This "OMG, I just pissed my pants" PSA, made by the Ad Council, would air during commercial breaks for Power Rangers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
It's safe to say that this PSA was meant to be seen by YOUNG KIDS WHO KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT THE WORLD.
The PSA starts out with images of newborn babies, set to sweet lullaby music.
"Here's one time it doesn't matter who your neighbor is," says the narrator of this PSA.

And it all flashes before your eyes to the sound of a woman screaming in horror:
The final shot is of a cemetery:
"Life's too short. Stop the hate."
