We Need To Talk About Meera Reed On "Game Of Thrones"

An underappreciated queen. Warning: Contains spoilers!

This post contains spoilers for Season 7, Episode 4, of Game of Thrones.

Three-Eyed Raven Bran continued his emotionless reign of terror in this week's episode, this time hurting the person who arguably cares for him most of all: Meera Reed.

As Meera is leaving Winterfell to be with her family, the scene between them – rather than an emotional farewell – basically confirms that Bran as we have known him is dead.

She was a badass from the moment she was introduced.

Even though she had a brother, she was the warrior in her family – and had absolutely no shame in it.

She dedicated her whole life to helping and protecting those who needed it.

    First her brother...

    ...and then Bran.

She kept everyone fed, with a side order of sassiness.

She was always level-headed and gave smart advice.

She always had really, really great hair.

Not the most important thing, but credit where credit is due.

She stayed in the Three-Eyed Raven's cave, bored out of her brain, for years, just to help Bran.

And when the time came, she fought like a freaking boss.

I mean, she killed a GODDAMN WHITE WALKER.

An ability that might come in handy in future, hmmmm?

Bran definitely wouldn't be alive if it weren't for Meera.

    Side note: Hodor :(

She dragged his emo ass all the way to the Wall.

    My poor, tired, heroic bb.

And she did all this after having to kill her own brother.

So if she has to leave us, here's hoping she gets home safely, and finally gets some damn bacon and eggs.
