South Koreans Invented Cutest Gesture And I'm Only Just Learning About It Now

Thank you South Korea for changing my life and my photos.

    Forget thumbs up.

    The #1 sign? It's dead.

Peace signs? Well, still cute tbh because I love world peace, BUT...something better has come along.

And that, my friends, is this little thingy. Crossing your thumb and your index finger like so:

Let me tell you why. While I was in South Korea, I kept noticing ~this thing~ people were doing with their fingers.

    Exhibit A:

    Exhibit B:

I needed to know WHAT. IT. MEANT.

And the truth is the cutest friggen thing I've ever heard it my life. It's...A FINGER HEART. Look!!! When you put your fingers like this, it looks like a lil' heart!!!!

And I'm truly obsessed with it.

I mean, it's really, really, ridiculously adorable!!!

It's so simple and so pure.

Even the cast of Black Panther knows that it's the greatest hand symbol to come along since the thing the surfers do when they're like, "tubular duuuude."

In South Korea they've been doing it for years, but since I'm stupid and live in America, I only just found out.

But it's literally been a trend among Kpop stars and celebrities that now is just a normal and cute thing everyone does.

Yoongi helps Jimin point his finger heart to the right camera. YoonMin ship has sailed and my heart is soft #iHeartAwards #BestFanArmy #BTSArmy @BTS_twt https://t.co/F6wBluXdmZ

One of the best parts of the whole finger hearts thing is at the Olympics they sold official gloves that are literally made for making finger hearts.

The proof is on the packaging!!!

Look how they transform from your regular, un of the mill gloves to above average gloves filled with love and cuteness.

    This girl knows what's up!!!!!

In conclusion: finger hearts are perfect. Thank you to South Korea for introducing me/the rest of the world to it.
