We Tried Rihanna's Fenty Skincare Line And — Drum Roll Please — This Is What We Thought

Rihanna created it, so of course🚨spoiler alert 🚨 it's great.

Look, I'm just going to be honest with you guys, I don't want to live in a world where everything Rihanna touches doesn't turn into gold — and lucky for me, I don't think I have to.

Her makeup line is 🔥, her fashion 🔥, her undies 🔥, and, now we know, her skincare line 🔥.

How do we know you ask? Well, we put her Total Cleans'r, Fat Water Pore-Refining Toner Serum, and Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer with Broad Spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen in the hands of both a skincare newbie and a skincare veteran, and had them document their experience. They used it day and night to see if they would get some instant results and replace their existing skincare products (or lack of them).

First, let's check out the existing routine for context. Our testers, Jazzmyne and Megan, currently use an arsenal of skincare products to project that natural glow. Let's see what we're working with.

Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Daily Facial Cleanser to combat oil and acne breakouts.

A Farmacy Green makeup-removing cleanser that dissolves the day away and leaves skin feeling fresh.

Drunk Elephant Vitamin C serum with fruit enzymes that firm and brighten skin.

For sensitive skin, Farmacy's Clean Bee Ultra Gentle Facial Cleanser for a gentle wash.

And lastly, a Drunk Elephant hydration serum that evens texture and tone.

And now, the main attraction. Before even using the Fenty products, there were already some highlights, namely how great they smell and how thoughtfully designed the packaging is.

Starting with the Total Cleans'r, Jazzmyne and Megan went to task, washing away their morning grogginess and getting rid of a full face of makeup — which it did!

Next, they threw on some of the Fat Water Pore-Refining Toner Serum, which seems to have a heavier consistency than your average toner — but that's what makes this formula so special, it's both a toner and a serum in one that won't strip your skin.

Finally, they layered some of the Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer with Broad Spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen which they both noted made makeup application easier, made it look better, and had their skin feeling like a "baby's bottom." (That's a direct quote there folks.)

In the end, Fenty Skin got two new fans with fresh and beautifully moisturized skin.
